Q: How do I get started?
A: Register yourself as a member of rent-a-bag.com. Select a bag from our collection. Make payment through PayPal using credit/debit card or by local bank transfer. The bag of your choice will be delivered within Singapore to you by courier.
Q: How do I become a member?
A: You can register yourself as a member of rent-a-bag.com for free by clicking on the "Register" option above.
Q: How many bags can I borrow?
A: Member can borrow up to 2 bags at any one time.
Q: How long can I rent the bags for?
A: Each rental period is for 7 days. Rental will only start one day after the delivery date. You can rent the bags for a minimum initial rental period of 7 days and extend your rental period, up to a maximum period of 8 weeks. We will send a remainder sms when the rental is due.
Q: What is Rent to Own?
A: Bags under our "Rent to Own” Category means that the bag is yours to keep for good at no extra cost when it has been rented continuously for the specified number of weeks. Get 15% store credit of your total payment if you change your mind and decide to return the bag to us, subject to the condition of the bag.
Q: Can I use the store credit to redeem for cash?
A: Store credit is not redeemable for cash. You may use your store credit for your future rental and there is no expiry date.
Q: Are there any other charges on top of the rental fee?
A: There are no hidden charges. The rental fee is inclusive of delivery and pick-up service at your convenience. You will only need to pay the relevant rental fee(s) for the bag(s) that you have selected.
Q: How long do I have to wait for the bags to be delivered?
A: The bags will generally be delivered the next day from the date we confirm receipt of your payment. We will contact you to confirm your preferred time for delivery.
Q: Can I buy a bag if I like it?
A: You can buy and own any bag from our collection. If the bag is not indicated as being available for sale, simply send us an e-mail and we will get back to you on its price.
Q: What if I lose, damage or dirty a bag that I have rented?
A: Please inform us immediately by giving us a call. For lost item, we will work out the charges to be borne by you based on its condition, popularity and cost. As for damaged or dirtied item, we request that you return it to us without delay so that we can assess the condition and work out the appropriate value to be charged to you for repair, restoration or cleaning.
Authenticity Guarantee
At rent-a-bag.com, we guarantee that all our bags are authentic. You can locate the unique serial number inside the bag to verify this. We can also provide the authenticity card from the manufacturer upon request.
You can choose any one of the two payment methods below:
1. Internet Banking/ATM Bank Transfer
Customers can make payment via internet banking fund transfer or ATM fund transfer to:

2. Credit/Debit Card via PayPal
Customers can make payment using Credit/Debit Card via PayPal. Should you choose this payment method, you will automatically be directed to PayPal upon checkout.

We reserve the right, at any time to amend, supplement and/or otherwise modify and to impose new or additional rules, policies, terms and conditions on the use of this website. Users are encouraged to check from time to time to ensure that they are aware of changes to the foregoing.
Registration
Users will need to register as members of rent-a-bag.com before they can access the services on this website. All information provided by users for purposes of their registration as members of rent-a-bag.com (“Members”) must be true, complete, current and accurate. Members agree not to impersonate any other person or to use a false name or any other name which they are not authorised to use. It is the responsibility of Members to maintain and update their personal information and to keep it current.
No Reproduction of Contents
The contents of this website (including the design, text, photographs, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to rent-a-bag.com. Any form of reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal of Contents
rent-a-bag.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion from time to time, to make changes to and/or terminate the offer of any or all of the bag available for rental and/or purchase (as the case may be) on this website, without prior notice to Members.
Rental Period and Payment of Rental Fees
We offer bags for rental by Members and each rental period is for a period of 7 days. A bag may be rented for a minimum initial rental period of 7 days, beginning one day after from the date on which the bag is delivered to you.
Rental fees are to be paid in advance.
If you decide to extend the rental period of a bag, you will need to make payment for the extended rental period on or before the 7th day of the current rental period by logging into your account. If you decide not to extend the rental period of a bag, please notify us by the 6th day of the current rental period, so that we can make arrangements for the bag to be collected from you. Otherwise, you would be deemed to have extended the rental period of a bag and be subject to late payment charges (10% of the rental fee). You will also be responsible for all costs incurred by us in the collection of outstanding payments from you.
Lost and/or Damaged Bag(s)
In the event that the bag which you have rented is lost, damaged, stained and/or returned to rent-a-bag.com in a condition beyond an acceptable level of wear and tear in the ordinary course of use, we reserve the right to charge to your account, the cost of replacement or repairing the bag, as determined by us in our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Returning the Bag(s)
You must return the rented bag from rent-a-bag.com on the date notified to you for return of the bag. If you fail to return the bag to us by the due date for return notified to you, we reserve the right to treat the bag as lost and charge to your account with the full replacement fee. In any event, the maximum period for rental of our bags will be for 8 weeks.
Authenticity and Provision of Bags
All bags provided by rent-a-bag.com are authentic designer bags and are provided in new or as-new condition.
All bags remain the exclusive property of rent-a-bag.com at all times.
All Rent to Own bags remain the exclusive property of rent-a-bag.com till the last stipulated payment has been made. At any point of time before the final payment has been made, rent-a-bag.com has the right to collect or inspect the bag at their discretion.
Reselling or Sub-Leasing any of our property is not allowed.
